My First Raygun is an apparel and giftware brand for those who have never quite grown up. United by a love for the films, games and shows that shaped their childhood.
It's run by me, Christopher Dowson, a designer based in Nottingham, UK, as an imprint of my design studio, MFRG, where I undertake design work for clients all over the world.
Designs are made as they pop into my head, so one week's new drop could be an 80s cartoon reworked for the 2020s, the next could be the diner from the background of a cult classic as a souvenir t-shirt.
Everything is printed when you order it, by a trusted print-on-demand partner as close to your part of the world as possible. This means I keep no stock in my garage or studio and orders may take a couple more working days than average to get to you even though it's sent direct. Full timings are on the shipping page.
Nothing is official, but everything is authentically by me. Well, with a sprinkle of AI here and there if I can't get the resources I need. It's a tool, it has its uses, but it will never replace true creativity. I also donate 5% of profits to WaterAid in recognition of this.
