My item arrived faulty or wrong. What now?

That's on us. Open a ticket within 30 days of delivery with a photo or two of the issue and we'll get it sorted. Misprints, fabric defects, the wrong design, the wrong size in the box. All covered. In most cases we send a replacement; if a replacement isn't workable we refund instead. You usually won't need to post the original back.

What's the sizing like?

Tees are unisex and run true to a relaxed fit. Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit, up for boxy. Take a minute with the size guide before you order. Where shown on the product page we list chest, length, and sleeve measurements. Since everything is printed to order, a wrong size can't be restocked or swapped after it ships.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

There's a short window, usually within an hour of placing the order, before printing starts. Open a ticket immediately if you spot a mistake. Once the order is in production we can't change it, and once it's with the courier we can't reroute. Most couriers offer redelivery options once tracking goes live.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. International orders typically arrive within seven to fourteen working days after dispatch, depending on destination and shipping method. Customs and duties are the recipient's responsibility and aren't collected at checkout.

How do refunds work?

Once a refund is approved we issue it within five working days, back to the original payment method. Bank settlement times after that vary, typically one to three working days.

My discount code isn't applying

Codes can come with a minimum order value, an expiry date, or be limited to one use per account. Only one discount code applies per order; they don't stack. Check the email or message the code came in, and that the cart meets any minimum. If it still won't apply, open a ticket with the code and the cart total.

How long does production take?

Three to five working days, occasionally a touch longer at peak. Production runs before shipping; your dispatch email will arrive with the tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Where are the items made?

Designed in the UK, printed by a print-on-demand partner who manufactures locally to you wherever possible. That keeps shipping shorter and the carbon footprint lower than central-warehouse fulfilment.
