How it works
Every order is printed for you when you place it. That means there's a production stage (three to five working days, occasionally a touch longer at peak) before anything ships. The tracking number lands by email as soon as your order is on its way.
UK orders
Standard UK delivery is typically two to three working days from dispatch. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items in your basket and the address you're shipping to.
International orders
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within seven to fourteen working days after dispatch, depending on destination and the shipping method picked at checkout. Express options are offered where available.
Customs and duties
Customs charges and import duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility. We don't pre-pay them and they're not collected at checkout. Your local customs authority handles billing on arrival.
Tracking
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. You can also find it on the order's detail page under My orders.
Lost in the post
If tracking shows your order delivered but it hasn't reached you, give it 48 hours (couriers sometimes pre-scan) then open a ticket. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit we replace or refund per the returns policy.
